Discover Your Personality Style

Begin your journey of self and group-awareness by carrying out the PAT assessment

PAT — Personality Assessment Tool

PAT is a short assessment grounded in Jungian perspectives. In just a few minutes, you'll work through 40 short items designed to feel natural and easy to answer:

  • Best-fit statements: choose the option that sounds most like you.
  • Ranked choices: order a small set from "most like me" to "least like me" to show priorities when trade-offs appear.
  • Mini scenarios: pick how you'd respond in simple, everyday situations.

When you're done, PAT calculates a score based on each Behavioural Type—Analytical, Assertive, Creative, and Supportive—and identifies your top combination. Those one, two, or three types (never all four) make up your unique Behavioural Style.

You'll receive two placement numbers that reveal different layers of your personality:

  • Conscious Behavioral Style: Your natural, everyday preferences—how you think, decide, and collaborate in safe, familiar environments.
  • Unconscious (Shadow) Behavioral Style: The patterns that emerge under pressure, stress, or uncertainty—a complementary side that surfaces when you're pushed outside your comfort zone.

Throughout the assessment, you'll notice some statements focus on stressful or high-pressure scenarios—tight deadlines, conflicts, or challenging situations. These items help reveal your shadow behavioral style, while other questions capture your conscious, day-to-day preferences. Both numbers provide a complete picture of how you show up in different contexts.

Drop both placement numbers into My Group Lens and your results become clear, colour-coded Personality Strips you can read at a glance and compare across any team—perfect for kick-offs, rotations, and any time a new group forms.

No right or wrong answers—just an honest picture of how you prefer to think, decide, and collaborate.
